Seboo Migone: Identity Card for States of Mind

12 March 2010 - 30 April 2012
curated by Alan Jones

On Friday – March 12th – Pastificio Cerere Foundation in Rome will open the personal exhibition of Seboo Migone, Identity Card for States of Mind, curated by Alan Jones.
The artist presents ten recent art works: big canvas paintings, medium charcoal drawings and small bronze sculptures.Landscape, still-life, human being and animals alternate themselves in Seboo Migone’s paintings creating weird compositions and visionary sceneries. “I don’t like to dictate to my subjects- tells Seboo- I prefer an image to emerge spontaneously. If I have an idea or see something, the first thing I’m concerned with is forgetting it. That is the only way I can get close to the initial feeling or thought”.
