Within the Fuori Quadriennale program – which involves the main Roman institutions, galleries and Foundations with different events – Fondazione Pastificio Cerere presents the initiative Ateliers 2.0. Open ateliers at Pastificio Cerere, a wide and planned opening of the artists’ ateliers in the historical building in Via degli Ausoni. Exceptionally, from October 20th to December 20th, 2016, visitors have the chance to explore the places where artworks are shaped and to dialogue with the artists. It is an overarching experience that not only reveals the artwork, but its ideation and creation, too. It triggers a journey to the past, to that far 1984 when Pastificio Cerere ateliers doors were opened to the public for the first time, during the exhibition titled “Ateliers”, curated by Achille Bonito Oliva.
